We recommend putting on your jewelry as the final step in your routine.

We accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from their description. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photo proof.

We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout. Get free shipping for $85+ orders.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, worn, damaged, final sales, or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. All approved returns must be in their original, unworn condition with original packaging. Items purchased in final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
