The Design Story

When I designed this ring, I was thinking about the concept of sanctuary and how we protect the most delicate parts of ourselves. I sculpted a chaotic, liquid-like cage of precious metal, deliberately weaving it with raw, organic lines and dotting it with tiny, brilliant stones to mimic light filtering through a hidden thicket. Resting inside is a massive, irreplaceable baroque pearl—safe, secure, yet entirely visible—creating a striking contrast between the structured exterior and the soft, luminous treasure within.

The Meaning of Baroque Freshwater Pearls

The irregular, free-form natural baroque pearl represents unyielding resilience, inner truth, and a rare type of quiet confidence. It acts as a powerful token of good luck, reminding the wearer that the experiences that shape our textured surfaces only make our internal light more profound and unique.
